My first contact with Ledbetter & Titsworth was because I was injured, unable to work and fighting with the workers' comp insurance company. I was looking for some advice and called Mr. Titsworth. He spent about ½ hour with me and made a phone call on my behalf. His advice was very helpful and his call worked. A few weeks later, I called Ledbetter & Titsworth and told them "I can't fight this fight and try to recover at the same time." I let them take over the workers' comp fight and I worked on getting well. When I had questions or a problem would arise (and they did!), I would call them and they would take care of it promptly. They kept me informed of things that were happening and were straightforward about it. They never minded the phone calls I made to ask questions. When it came toward the end, I was told of the risks of settlement and the pros and cons of staying on workers' comp. I was able to make well-informed choices and was comfortable in making them.
