Head Paralegal Kimberley Miller

Kimberley Miller has been working in the legal field for 22 years, and joined Titsworth Law seeking more responsibilities and client involvement. Kim has been the head litigation paralegal with the firm for the past 18 years. Kim has extensive experience in all aspects of injury law, from initial client meetings to the courtroom, and has worked for one of the largest law firms in the state. Kim uses her expertise and knowledge of the process in evaluating, analyzing, tracking and resolving medical and legal issues on behalf of clients. Her love of being a paralegal inspired her to write an article published by Attorney at Law and Trial Briefs Magazines.

A North Carolina State Bar certified paralegal, Kim is the ultimate client ally. Clients will find she truly cares about the person behind each claim, that she exceeds their expectations and that she has a work ethic beyond reproach. Kim personally makes sure every client is treated with kindness and respect. Further, she enjoys her work and the friendships she develops with clients, and she is an integral part of the firm.

Kimberley Miller was elected to serve on the Leadership Team for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. Kimberley served as Co-Chair on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Legal Assistant Division for the fiscal year 2016-2017. Kimberley was then elected to serve as Vice Chair for the Legal Assistant Division, as well as CLE Chair for fiscal year 2017-2018. Currently Kim serves as Chair for fiscal year 2018-2019.

In 2017 Kimberley was nominated and received the Unsung Legal Heroes award from North Carolina Lawyers Weekly, a state-wide legal publication. That award recognizes significant accomplishments, influences and dedication in the legal field.

Kimberley also received the Educational Achievement Award as well as the Order of Service recognition from the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
