A lawsuit has been filed against McDonald’s by a teen from Muncie, Indiana who alleges bleach was put into his drink. The lawsuit was filed last week in Delaware Circuit Court 1 and alleges that he mistakenly drank cleaning solution after he filled his cup “at the beverage stand with what he believed was iced tea.” Soon after drinking from his cup, the teen began to vomit. The lawsuit alleges that the cleaning solution was left in the drink machine by the restaurant’s employees.
